Setting up and using the V360 system—which includes the V360 HD panoramic camera, V360 Pro software, and its interactive media viewer—allows you to record, stream, and interact with 360-degree panoramic feeds or security footage. 1. Initial Hardware Preparation
Before launching the player application, properly prepare the physical equipment:
Power Delivery: Charge the camera for at least two hours using the supplied USB cable until the LED indicator turns solid green.
Memory Insertion: Power off the camera and insert a high-endurance Class 10 MicroSD card (up to 256GB) into the designated slot until it clicks.
Camera Activation: Press and hold the power button; the LED light will rapidly blink green while booting up and transition to a slow flash when it enters Ready Mode. 2. Setting Up the V360 Pro Application
The companion software acts as your live rendering interface and media controller. Follow these pairing steps:
Download: Install the official application from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
Registration: Open the app, select your country, enter your email or phone number, and type the verification code sent to your inbox to activate your profile.
Network Warning: Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, as standard V360 wireless modules are incompatible with 5G bands. 3. Connecting the Player to Your Camera
You can link the hardware to the player interface using three main connection options: Option A: Bluetooth and QR Code Method Tap the ”+” icon in the top right corner of the app screen.
Choose QR Code Addition and input your local Wi-Fi password to generate a code.
Hold your phone screen roughly 10 to 20 cm away from the camera lens.
Wait for the audio confirmation prompt from the lens before proceeding. Option B: AP Hotspot Method (No QR Code) Tap the ”+” icon and choose Hotspot Adding.
Open your smartphone’s system Wi-Fi settings and manually connect to the camera’s broadcast network (typically prefixed with “MV…” or “V360…”).
